FantasyCrush.ai hosts user-submitted AI-generated and fictional imagery. We do not permit uploads
of real photographs or content that purports to depict actual individuals.
Attribution & Labels: Uploaded works may be tagged, watermarked, or labeled
“AI / Not Real” to avoid confusion.
Complaint Handling: If you believe content misuses your likeness, you may
submit a complaint as described in our Terms of Service.
Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring their submissions comply
with applicable privacy, publicity, and intellectual property laws.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:
Accessing, correcting, or deleting your personal data.
Restricting or objecting to processing of your data.
